- Proof of Driver's License Required
- Must have credit card on file
- Equipment will leave with full tank of fuel. Customer must refill upon return. Any fuel added by Iron Horse Equipment Rentals will be charged to customer at a rate of $4.50 a gallon
- Damage is repaired at $90 per hour labor with parts at 3% markup.
- Renter must have insurance if not purchasing damage waiver
- 1 day rental equals 24 hours possession with 8 machine hours
- 1 week rental equals 5 days possession and 40 machine hours
- Customers are responsible for all damages including theft and vandalism
