Equipment will leave with full tank of fuel. Customer must refill upon return. Any fuel added by Iron Horse Equipment Rentals will be charged to customer at a rate of $6.50 a gallon
Damage is repaired at $150 per hour labor with parts at 30% markup.
Renter must have insurance if not purchasing damage waiver
1 day rental equals 24 hours possession with 8 machine hours
1 week rental equals 5 days possession and 40 machine hours
Customers are responsible for all damages including theft and vandalism
